 Welcome to our UrbanScape®.

RidgeGate is a mixed-use sustainable community in Lone Tree, Colorado. You’ll find us just south of Lincoln Avenue, with 3,500 acres that extend both east and west of I-25. RidgeGate will develop and grow slowly over the next 20+ years, with a long term commitment to walkability, livability, access, amenities, and scale.

A COMPLETE COMMUNITY

RidgeGate is carefully bringing forth a mix of residential neighborhoods, retail, office and health services, cultural and recreational facilities and a planned city center. All aspects of our growth and development are approached with environmental awareness. In addition to our density and diversity, over 1,000 acres of parks, trails, natural habitat and open space will keep our community richly connected to nature.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN

We are incorporating sustainable design principles with energy-wise homes and buildings. _RDG9222For instance, ParkSide at RidgeGate by Harvard Communities and Berkeley Homes was the first all-solar neighborhood in Colorado. Both the Lone Tree Arts Center and Charles Schwab campus buildings are LEED certified. The new Lone Tree Library, opened in 2016, was built to the highest green standards. Sustainability also guides our urban master planning, landscaping, and irrigation.

HOMES

Ultimately, 10,000 new homes including single family, custom, townhomes, apartments, and urban lofts will be built through 2030 and beyond, housing approximately 30,000 residents. These homes will enjoy easy access to the growing Lincoln Commons retail district, as well as RidgeGate’s many amenities, including the Lone Tree Arts Center, the Lone Tree Recreation Center, the new Lone Tree Library and the historic Schweiger Ranch.

DRIVE LESS

Our smart-growth location encourages a reduced dependence on the car. RidgeGate is pedestrian and bicycle friendly. Tour RidgeGate with us and discover our connectivity, vitality, and room to breathe.Mass transit is also convenient with RTD’s light rail and bus service, keeping RidgeGate connected not just to the south central corridor, but to Downtown Denver, and Aurora as well. Light rail extensions beginning in 2016 will add three new stations to RidgeGate’s boundaries, making RidgeGate the most connected community in the greater Denver metro area.
