MorningStar Senior Living breaks ground in RidgeGate

MorningStar Senior Living will bring resort-style living for seniors to RidgeGate, with 224 suites for Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Expected completion is in late 2016. Ideally situated at the northeast corner of RidgeGate Parkway and Commons Street, MorningStar will offer 124 independent living suites, with 71 suites for assisted living and 29 secure suites designed specifically for those with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments. Residents will have the advantage of the Lone Tree Arts Center directly across the street, and the new Douglas County library right next door (which breaks ground in 2016). Click here to learn more.

Announcing The Rows at RidgeGate townhomes in Lincoln Commons South

New Town Builders is creating a new neighborhood of 57 townhomes, The Rows at RidgeGate, on 3.45 acres just southeast of Commons Street and Sky Ridge Avenue in the Lincoln Commons South district.
