Connect to Denver

With one light rail station close by and three more under construction now, RidgeGate is poised to be the most connected community in the Denver area.

RidgeGate was designed to be bike-friendly, pedestrian-friendly and to help you leave your car behind. We invite you to take advantage of our easy access to RTD’s light rail service. Plus, RidgeGate’s south-central location along the I-25 corridor makes it a straight shot north to downtown Denver, or south to Colorado Springs.

You can access light rail via Lincoln Station, less than a mile north of the community, for an easy commute to downtown Denver or the southeast business corridor. Three more light rail stations within RidgeGate’s land boundaries are under construction now at Sky Ridge Station, Lone Tree City Center Station, and RidgeGate Parkway Station, where a 1,300-space parking garage will mark the end of the line. Construction on this extension of the light rail line began in May 2016 and is scheduled for grand opening in mid-May 2019. Visit RTD’s Southeast Rail Extension website for the latest information or to take a virtual tour of the upcoming light rail stations.

The Lone Tree Link free shuttle service connects key employment centers along Park Meadows Drive, like Charles Schwab and Sky Ridge Medical Center, with Lone Tree restaurants, retail, and the Lincoln light rail station. The shuttle is free to the public and picks up every ten minutes, Monday through Friday at five stations along the Park Meadows corridor in Lone Tree. The Link also offers free rides around Lone Tree, easily requested on a mobile app, with its Link on Demand service. Learn more about Link On Demand here.

Regional Transportation District (RTD) bus service and door-to-door FlexRide service are also available within the RidgeGate community.

Easy access to DIA and Centennial Airport.

You’ll find easy access to airports from RidgeGate. Denver International Airport, the largest airport in the region, is located just 30 minutes northeast of RidgeGate. If you prefer to take light rail to DEN, you can access the A Line from Union Station to DEN for a $9 fare. You can also take the R Line from Lincoln Station to Peoria Station, and then hop on the A Line to DEN. Centennial Airport is a quick 10 minutes away, and is the major reliever airport in the region for corporate and charter flights.
