Lone Tree officials, developers celebrate groundbreaking of 270-unit condo, townhome project.
In celebration of an upcoming condominium and townhome development in Lone Tree, city officials and developers gathered for a November groundbreaking ceremony. Lokal Homes is building the first new condo development in Lone Tree since 2015.
The development is part of the Lyric at RidgeGate™ community, now underway on the east side of I-25.
