You can take care of most of your daily shopping and dining needs without leaving the RidgeGate community. Currently there are more than 10 eateries feeding the community, with more to come. Retail stores in RidgeGate Commons and Lincoln Commons districts include big box retailers like Cabela’s and Target, as well as local merchants like Sprouts Farmers Market and Runners Roost. Monk & Mongoose Gourmet Coffee and Starbucks for your morning joe. And just beyond the RidgeGate community boundaries you’ll find premier shopping and dining in Park Meadows Retail Resort and throughout the city of Lone Tree. RidgeGate is home to a 106-room Hampton Inn & Suites, located at I-25 and Lincoln Avenue. This property offers free wi-fi and easy access to Sky Ridge Medical Center and Park Meadows Mall. Visitors of RidgeGate’s business community, as well as patients of Sky Ridge Medical Center and the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine, will appreciate the location and convenience of the new Marriott TownPlace Suites at RidgeGate Commons, near Cabela’s. Marriott TownPlace Suites features extended-stay options with rooms offering kitchens and work areas, and common amenities including outdoor seating, complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool and fitness center.
LONE TREE LIBRARY
The new Douglas County Libraries Lone Tree branch opened in summer 2016. The 25,000 square foot contemporary building seamlessly connects you to your surroundings. A lovely covered porch invites you to expand your library experience outdoors, as you relax, read and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Inside, you’ll find much more than books, music and DVD’s. Enjoy the multi-use community rooms, conference rooms, study areas and the cozy den.

Riverstone Education Preschool in RidgeGate is a highly acclaimed pre-K school offering early childhood education for our youngest residents. New Horizon Academy will open in late 2020 for more highly-regarded early childhood education options in the community. The community does not currently have any K-12 schools located on-site. Lone Tree Elementary School is just across the street from RidgeGate. Douglas County Public Schools in Lone Tree are consistently among the highest rated public schools in the state. There are private and charter schools available nearby as well.
