Lyric at RidgeGate, A Shea Homes Community

Shea Homes is the master plan community developer of Lyric at RidgeGate™. Shea, along with other select homebuilders, will be building approximately 1,900 homes near the RTD RidgeGate Station and will welcome new residents in 2023.
