Future Residential

Three diverse residential villages and two mixed-use districts will be created on the east side of I-25 in RidgeGate. They include Central Village, Southeast Village, and Lyric at RidgeGate™, which will be the first to be developed. All three are within walking distance to the future Lone Tree City Center, the Lincoln Avenue Commercial District and the mixed-use Village Center which will include civic amenities, retail, and restaurants.

Ultimately, 10,000 homes including single-family, custom, townhomes, condos, apartments, and urban lofts will be built through 2030 and beyond, housing approximately 30,000 residents.

A 200-unit luxury seniors community called The Reserve at Lone Tree, being developed by Experience Senior Living Development (ESLD).
Tall Tales Ranch, a 30-unit residential village for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) is expected to begin its first phase of construction in late 2023 or early 2024.
AVRA at RidgeGate will be a 540-unit contemporary apartment complex and mixed-use facility located right at the RTD RidgeGate Station. Residents will be welcomed in late 2023.
1,900 homes will be built in the upcoming Lyric™ neighborhood. Homes will range from condos and townhomes, to a variety of single family detached homes.
As a mixed-use district, Lone Tree City Center will offer 2,500 urban style residences within this walkable downtown area.
