About RidgeGate
It’s both the big picture and the small details that make us a complete community.
Welcome to our UrbanScape®.
RidgeGate™ is a mixed-use master planned community in Lone Tree, Colorado. You’ll find us just south of Lincoln Avenue, with 3,500 acres that extend both east and west of I-25, encompassing six square miles. The west side of RidgeGate is 95% built out and the east side of RidgeGate is in its early stages of development. RidgeGate will continue to fill in over the next 20+ years, with a long term commitment to walkability, livability, access, amenities, and scale.
A COMPLETE COMMUNITY
The west side of RidgeGate is home to Sky Ridge Medical Center, the Charles Schwab office campus, SuperTarget, Cabela’s, the Lone Tree Recreation Center, Lone Tree Arts Center and Douglas County Libraries Lone Tree branch. In addition, there are several residential neighborhoods, restaurants, shops, hotels, services, parks, trails, and open space. East side plans include the 400-acre Lone Tree City Center®, a series of three distinct residential neighborhoods with integrated commercial uses, and an extensive park and open space network that protects a quarter of the total acreage. The two sides of the community are connected and integrated by the four-lane Sky Ridge Bridge to the north and by RidgeGate Parkway to the south. Three light rail stations in and near the community provide invaluable connection to the area. RidgeGate is becoming a regional gateway; a community that is forward-thinking, connected, and vibrant for residents, entertainment, and business.

SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
We are incorporating sustainable design principles with energy-wise homes and buildings. For instance, ParkSide at RidgeGate by Harvard Communities and Berkeley Homes was the first all-solar neighborhood in Colorado. Both the Lone Tree Arts Center and Charles Schwab campus buildings are LEED certified. The new Douglas County Libraries Lone Tree branch, opened in 2016, was built to the highest green standards. Sustainability also guides our urban master planning, landscaping, and irrigation.
“Sustainability isn’t just about the big picture. It’s also about the little details. For instance, we use solar panels on our livestock wells in RidgeGate’s protected open space. They generate power to pump the water for the cows. A simple, earth-friendly solution.” —Keith Simon, Executive Vice President, Coventry Development.
HOMES
Ultimately, 10,000 homes including single family, custom, townhomes, condos, apartments, and urban lofts will be built through 2030 and beyond, housing approximately 30,000 residents. Currently, luxury homes are available on the west side in The Retreat at RidgeGate enclave.
On RidgeGate’s east side, 1,800 acres are designated for three residential villages and two mixed-use districts. Approximately 8,000 homes will be built on the east side, including 350 units of attainable housing.
FIBER SPEED & RELIABILITY
As Colorado’s first fiber-to-the-home development, RidgeGate is the leading technology-focused community along the Front Range. With state-of-the art fiber internet service standard in all homes, residents experience the benefits of high-performance connectivity, including enhanced and reliable Wi-Fi.
DRIVE LESS
RidgeGate is designed to help you get places without your car. Three RTD light rail stations serve RidgeGate, making ours the most connected community in the Denver metro area. Residents and workers can access Denver International Airport and downtown Denver via light rail. Community-wide connectivity is available with local bus service, free local shuttle service, walking and bicycle trails.
