RidgeGate™ is a mixed-use, master planned community in Lone Tree, Colorado. We’ve been growing thoughtfully under the guidance of best practices for the past 20 years. The west side of RidgeGate is nearly complete and the east side of our community is in its early stages of development. RidgeGate encompasses a total of 3,500 acres, or six square miles, on both sides of I-25. Both the east and west sides of RidgeGate seamlessly integrate natural and urban amenities. So residential neighborhoods are tucked next to beautiful natural open space, parks, and trails. Dynamic shopping, dining, wellness, and business districts are accessible and walkable.

A Complete Community

RidgeGate offers an ideal mix of urban and natural amenities, including light rail, a variety of living options, vibrant shopping districts, corporate campuses, arts, culture, parks, trails, and open space.

Homes

RidgeGate neighborhoods include a diverse blend of dwellings, from compact urban apartments and row homes, to eco-smart single-family homes. More than 350 units of affordable housing are planned for the east side of RidgeGate.

Commercial Development

RidgeGate is a thriving business community in the heart of the Denver South business corridor. High growth sectors here include information technology, professional, health, and financial services, as well as education.
