Transportation

With three light rail stations here, RidgeGate is the most connected community in the Denver area.

RidgeGate is designed to be bike-friendly, pedestrian-friendly, and to help you leave your car behind. We invite you to take advantage of our easy and unparalleled access to RTD’s light rail network. Plus, RidgeGate’s south-central location along the I-25 corridor makes it a straight shot north to downtown Denver, or south to Colorado Springs.

MASS TRANSIT

Three light rail stations within RidgeGate’s land boundaries opened in spring 2019: Sky Ridge Station, Lone Tree City Center Station, and RidgeGate Parkway Station, where a 1,300-space parking garage marks the end of the line. Visit RTD’s Southeast Rail Extension website for the latest information on this brand new extension of the southeast light rail line. And, you can also access light rail via Lincoln Station, less than a mile north of the community. Light rail is integrated into the RidgeGate community, easy to access by foot and bike by residents and workers, offering a stress-free commute to downtown Denver, the southeast business corridor or Denver International Airport.

Local Shuttle

The Lone Tree Link On Demand shuttle offers free rides around Lone Tree, easily requested on a mobile app.

Regional Transportation District (RTD) bus service and door-to-door FlexRide service are also available within the RidgeGate community.

Avoid traffic with a predictable ride: 40 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to DTC, 2 minutes to shopping (Park Meadows Mall)
