RidgeGate™ offers a diverse mix of residential options, including luxury rental apartments, senior living, townhomes, eco-smart single-family homes, and large estate homes, which are periodically available for lease or resale.

The west side neighborhoods are nearly complete, while residential development is underway on the east side of the community, where an estimated 8,000 homes are planned, including 480 units of attainable housing. These emerging neighborhoods will be anchored by parks and plazas designed for outdoor movies, farmers’ markets, and other community events. In the coming years, residents will also enjoy access to High Note Regional Park and designated open space, along with the amenities of the Lone Tree City Center.
